Mosgorlombard announces plans for IPO on MOEX, free float could reach 36%
MOSCOW. Dec 1 (Interfax) - PJSC MGKL, the parent company of Mosgorlombard Group, has announced plans to carry out an initial public offering on the Moscow Exchange .
Trading of the company's shares is expected to begin in December, the pawnshop chain said.
Investors will be offered new shares in the IPO, which is expected to result in a free float of up to 36%.
