Int'l partners provide over 4 billion euros of support for Ukrainian entrepreneurs

MOSCOW. Oct 23 (Interfax) --International partners have provided more than four billion euros of support to Ukrainian entrepreneurs under a variety of programs, Ukrainian Prime Minister Denis Shmygal said.

"Our allies are also providing support to the Ukrainian business and economy. By virtue of various programs, international partners have provided more than 4 bln euro in support to Ukrainian entrepreneurs," Ukrainian media quoted Shmygal as saying at a government meeting last Friday.

The leading partners by amount of aid provided to Ukrainian business included the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development, the European Investment Bank, the International Finance Corporation, Deutsche Sparkassenstiftung für international Kooperation (Germany's state bank for international cooperation) and U.S. Agency for International Development.
