STM CEO Viktor Lesh appointed to head Sinara Group
YEKATERINBURG. June 30 (Interfax) - The head of Sinara-Transport Machines (STM), Viktor Lesh has been appointed the new CEO of JSC Sinara Group, Sinara said.
Former Sinara Group CEO Mikhail Khodorovsky has been appointed to the new position of Sinara Group president and board chairman.
The group has also decided to transfer the powers of the sole executive body of STM to management company JSC Sinara Group.
Khodorovsky has worked at Sinara Group since 2000 and headed it since 2008. Lesh, who joined the group in 2016, has also served as first deputy CEO of Sinara Group.
STM, the group's machine building division, engineers, manufactures and services railway equipment and diesel plants. It also provides locomotive services, leases locomotives and track equipment, and services rail lines and infrastructure.
Sinara Group, founded in 2001, is a diversified group with interests in various sectors. Its priority businesses are transport engineering, financial services and development.
