Russian cosmonauts to go on next spacewalk on Sept 2

MOSCOW. Aug 18 (Interfax) - Russian cosmonauts will go on their next spacewalk on September 2, according to the International Space Station (ISS) crew's talks with ground control.

"The spacewalk is scheduled for the 2nd of September," a representative of the Mission Control Center said during the talks, which are being livestreamed by the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA).

Earlier, cosmonauts Oleg Artemyev and Denis Matveev had to end their spacewalk early due to problems with the battery in Artemyev's spacesuit.

The unfinished extravehicular activities to integrate the European Robotic Arm (ERA) into the Russian segment of the ISS will be completed next time, Roscosmos said.
