Yulia Matyushova resigns as CFO of Enel Russia
MOSCOW. April 28 (Interfax) - Yulia Matyushova has resigned from her position as CFO of PJSC Enel Russia , the power-generating company said in a statement.
Nina Leonova, who had been working as director for finance and insurance at Enel Russia, has been appointed to replace Matyushova.
Enel Russia had previously reported that the board of directors would consider the matter of terminating the contract of current CEO Stephane Zweguintzow during the company's upcoming meeting on April 29.
Enel owns 56.43% of the shares in PJSC Enel Russia. Enel Russia currently comprises three gas power plants, Konakovskaya GRES, Nevinnomysskaya GRES, and Sredneuralskaya GRES; as well as a wind farm in the Rostov Region. The power-generating company is also constructing a wind farm in the Murmansk Region that is expected to be 85% complete in July 2022 and fully finished in October of this year. Enel Russia reported in mid-March that it had canceled another wind farm project in the Stavropol Territory.
