Pumpyansky ceases being Sinara Group beneficiary
YEKATERINBURG. March 11 (Interfax) - Dmitry Pumpyansky has ceased being a beneficiary of Sinara Group and has left its board of directors, Sinara's press service said in a statement.
"Dmitry and Alexander Pumpyansky are no longer beneficiaries of the group, and beginning in March 9, 2022 have left the boards of directors of JSC Sinara Group, PJSC Bank Sinara and JSC STM," the statement reads.
Dmitry Pumpyansky has also resigned as president of Sinara Group, while Alexander Pumpyansky has resigned as chairman of the boards of directors of Sinara Group and Sinara Bank [formerly SKB-Bank].
All of the group's enterprises continue regular operations, "ensuring the continuity of the production process and fulfillment of all obligations to their employees, partners, clients and customers," the press service said.
