Ukraine will go for substantive talks that could bring fair result - President's Office
KYIV. Feb 27 (Interfax) - Talking about talks, Russia is trying to make ultimatum requests to Ukraine, advisor to the head of the Ukrainian President's Office Mykhailo Podoliak said.
"Russia is trying to put Ukraine in unacceptable ultimatum conditions, which we rejected categorically a long time ago," Podoliak said in a commentary on Sunday.
Ukraine can accept "an agreed format [of talks], an agreed venue, real substance and a fair result," but only if Russia stops manipulations around these talks, he said.
