Russia receives Ukrainian note of severance of diplomatic relations - Russian Foreign Ministry

MOSCOW. Feb 25 (Interfax) - Russia has received from Ukraine a note on the severance of diplomatic relations, Russian Foreign Ministry spokesperson Maria Zakharova said.

"Yesterday, we received a note from the Ukrainian Foreign Ministry with notification of the severance of diplomatic relations with our country. It's not our choice, as you understand, the severance of diplomatic relations is a result of the targeted russophobic policies of the Kyiv authorities starting in 2014," Zakharova told a briefing on Friday.
