Russia's NGPP suspends grain loading due to damage from Aug 12 drone attack

KRASNODAR. Aug 26 (Interfax) - Loading of grain for export at the Novorossiysk Grain Processing Plant (NGPP) , a division of Russia's United Grain Company, was suspended after a drone attack on August 12, the terminal said in its IFRS financial statements.

"The company's production infrastructure, including specialized facilities and equipment used to load grain for export, was damaged as a result of an attack by unmanned aerial vehicles on August 12. As a result of the damage, loading was temporarily suspended," the company said.

No employees or other individuals were injured in the attack, the company added.
