SPARK-Interfax integrates info on companies in compliance with Business Public Capital Standard
MOSCOW. July 23 (Interfax) - Information on companies in compliance with the Business Public Capital Standard is now available in the SPARK-Interfax information and analytical system.
Information on inclusion in the registry maintained by ANO Public Capital is reflected in Factors Requiring Attention in a company's profile.
"More and more companies are showing interest in the Business Public Capital Standard. Over 1,500 enterprises have already been assessed. This is largely owing to the opportunity to confirm one's status officially as a socially responsible organization at the federal level. Data on compliance with the Standard are publicly available on the ANO Public Capital platform. Data are also displayed on one of the largest platforms for assessing business risks," Deputy Head of the Moscow Department of Investment and Industrial Policy Vladimir Petrakov said.
Approved as per a Russian government instruction at the end of 2025, the Business Public Capital Standard has established a common approach for companies to prepare non-financial information. The document enshrines six key assessment areas, namely environmental, social, governance, economic, and criteria for an organization's contribution to improving societal well-being, as well as business reputation based on ECG ratings, ESG ratings, and rankings, among others.
"It is important to us that the Business Public Capital Standard is not just a formal quality mark, but a working tool. Integration with the SPARK-Interfax system will help responsible companies bolster business reputations. Certification of compliance with the Standard is proof that a business invests in public welfare, adheres to environmental and labor standards, and function in line with government priorities," ANO Public Capital CEO Asiyat Bagatyrova said.
SPARK-Interfax is the industry standard for counterparty due diligence, a professional solution for assessing the reliability and financial stability of businesses, identifying affiliations and hidden connections, and monitoring risk events. The system accumulates data on Russian legal entities and individual entrepreneurs from approximately 300 sources, and this number is constantly growing.
