NASA administrator congratulates Soyuz MS-29 crew on successful launch

WASHINGTON. July 14 (Interfax) - NASA Administrator Jared Isaacman has congratulated the Russian-U.S. crew of the Soyuz MS-29 spaceship on the successful launch during a visit to the Baikonur Cosmodrome for the Soyuz-2.1a LV takeoff.

"Congratulations to Anil Menon and his Soyuz MS-29 crew on a successful launch and on their voyage to the International Space Station," he said on X.

Earlier on Tuesday, a Soyuz-2.1a LV has put the Soyuz MS-29 spaceship with the ISS expedition into the target orbit, Roscosmos said in a live stream. Roscosmos cosmonauts Pyotr Dubrov and Anna Kikina and NASA astronaut Anil Menon are operating the ship.
