Kazakhstan's oil output falls 8.4% to 45.7 mln tonnes in H1 - Energy Minister

ASTANA. July 14 (Interfax) - Oil production in Kazakhstan dropped 8.4% year-on-year to 45.7 million tonnes in the first half of 2026, Energy Minister Erlan Akkenzhenov said.

"In the six months of this year, 45.7 million tonnes were produced, or 91.6% of the same period of last year," Akkenzhenov said at a government meeting in Astana on Tuesday.
