Azerbaijan's GDP grows 0.8% in H1 2026 - State Statistics Committee

BAKU. July 10 (Interfax) - Azerbaijan's nominal GDP amounted to 65.2 billion manat in H1 2026, while real economic growth was 0.8% compared to January-June 2025, the country's State Statistics Committee said.

According to the agency, a decline in production of 0.7% was recorded in the oil and gas sector, while the non-oil and gas sector grew 1.5%.

The Azerbaijani Economy Ministry forecasts GDP growth at 1.7% in 2026. Economic growth was 1.4% in 2025.

The official exchange rate on July 10 is 1.7 manat/$1.
