Deputy PM calls on Russian regions to efficiently use fuel resources
MOSCOW. June 29 (Interfax) - Russian regions need to establish an effective system for fuel consumption and distribute it while taking into account the needs of key industries, and Deputy Prime Minister Alexander Novak has given the corresponding recommendation to regional authorities following the latest meeting on the situation in the fuel market.
"Regions need to pay special attention to increasing the efficient use of fuel resources and building a balanced approach to their distribution, taking into account current needs in key industries. In addition, to form the most complete picture for each subject, the order was given to continue monitoring the price situation, the availability of petroleum products, and the state of logistics chains," he said.
