Alrosa gas-producing subsidiary appoints new CEO

YAKUTSK. June 25 (Interfax) - Sergei Grigoriev has been appointed CEO of Yakutia-based JSC Alrosa-Gaz, the gas production subsidiary of JSC Alrosa , and the corresponding changes were entered in the Unified State Registry of Legal Entities (USRLE) on June 24.

Interfax has no info on Grigoriev's previous employment.

Andrei Tsyganov headed the gas production subsidiary prior to Grigoriev's appointment, having held the position since April 2022, according to data in the SPARK-Interfax analytical system.

Tsyganov is currently the CEO of Ulugurneftegaz, a subsidiary of Alrosa-Gaz. Ulugurneftegaz's primary activity is providing oil and natural gas production services.

Alrosa-Gaz, a wholly owned subsidiary of Alrosa, operates a full production cycle, including gas production, processing, transportation, and sales.
