European Commission proposes restricting sale of LNG tankers to Russia as part of next sanctions package
BRUSSELS. June 9 (Interfax) - The European Commission has proposed restricting the sale of LNG tankers to Russia as part of the pending 21st package of sanctions, European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen said on Tuesday.
"We propose restricting the sale of LNG tankers to Russia, just as we already did for oil tankers," she said.
