Grain trader Krasnodarzernoprodukt and series of other agricultural companies in Kuban pass to state control

KRASNODAR. June 5 (Interfax) - Krasnodarzernoprodukt, the Krasnodar territory's largest grain trader, is now controlled by the state via the Federal Property Management Agency (Rosimuschestvo).

The corresponding changes were added to the Unified State Register of Legal Entities (USRLE) on June 5.

This event was preceded by a ruling of the Leninsky District Court of Krasnodar, which upheld a request from the General Prosecutor's Office in April 2026, transferring to state revenue the assets of Sergei Fursa and Alexei Sidyukov, former deputies of the Krasnodar territory's Legislative Assembly, who had acted as the accomplices of region's former deputy governor, Andrei Korobka, now arrested. Korobka oversaw the region's agricultural sector for over 10 years.

Some 81 commercial companies have been transferred to state revenue, as well as over 130 plots of land and over 350 residential and non-residential sites belonging to the former deputies and their family members. The assets seized were valued at over 81.5 billion rubles in total.

The expropriated companies are Krasnodarzernoprodukt, the Sauk-Dere, Raevskoye and Myskhako wineries, the Rodina, Razvilinskoye, Chernoerkovskaya and Maryinskaya agricultural firms, Vasyurinsky Agroholding, the company Sideko and other agricultural enterprises, as well as construction companies.

According to the USRLE, all of these companies have been transferred to the Federal Property Management Agency.

The Russian Prosecutor General's Office has said some of the assets acquired through the corrupt activities of the defendants made up the Krasnodarzernoprodukt holding company, one of the largest traders in southern Russia. Other assets were part of the Semya group of companies, which engage in construction in the southern regions and the Moscow region.

All assets of the aforementioned individuals were distributed among relatives of Fursa and Sidyukov, who were also defendants in the court. A total of 18 individuals were defendants in the case.

Sidyukov was a member of the Kuban Legislative Assembly from 2017 to 2022, serving on the Information Policy Committee.

According to open sources, Fursa was a co-owner of the Vasyurinsky Meat Processing Plant, a major agricultural producer in the Krasnodar territory.

The Leninsky District Court in Krasnodar in April 2026 upheld claims by the Prosecutor General's Office for the recovery of assets belonging to then deputy Krasnodar territory governor Korobka, his family members and related individuals, worth over 10 billion rubles. In particular, 135 land plots totaling 1,800 hectares, 12 commercial organizations and lease rights to 12,500 hectares of fertile land were transferred to the state.

The lawsuit was filed following violations of anti-corruption laws uncovered in the deputy governor's actions. It was established that he had been engaged in illegal activities jointly with Fursa and Sidyukov, the Prosecutor General's Office said.

Korobka had served as deputy governor since 2015, overseeing the agro-industrial complex the whole time. He was arrested for two months and dismissed from his post by court order.
