Interfax and Yandex will join forces to develop digital business solutions

ST. PETERSBURG. June 4 (Interfax) - Interfax and Yandex have signed an agreement at the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum (SPIEF 2026), pledging to cooperate in the development of digital productions and solutions.

The companies will cooperate in the field of corporate and risk management compliance, the development of an accessible business environment making it quicker and easier to search for and attract new business partners, as well as the integration of advanced artificial intelligence technologies into business services.

The companies are planning to integrate Interfax digital services, including the SPARK analytics system, into Yandex platforms. This will allow entrepreneurs and corporations to work seamlessly by bringing together access to analytics tools and AI solutions in a single ecosystem, as well as to conduct fast checks on counterparties, assess potential threats and react to changing business risks with the help of data from SPARK and analytics algorithms, expand business ties and find new partners based on an intellectual analysis of the market and company profiles.

"Collaboration with Yandex is an important step towards developing our digital solutions. Integration with the AI products and platforms of Yandex will allow our corporate risk and business management services to become even more accessible and effective. Uniting the expertise of Interfax in the field of business information and analytics with the technological capabilities of Yandex will open up new opportunities for growth and digitalization for our clients," Interfax Group Deputy CEO Roman Melnik said.

"Our goal is to create a holistic system of tools which can be used seamlessly as a single infrastructure. In this context, integration with SPARK is a logical step in developing business services. Thanks to the integration, the companies will be able to build AI into existing work processes organically. At the same time, they won't have to stop using their usual tools or radically restructure their work," head of government cooperation at Yandex Alexander Bolkhovityanov said.
