Shareholders of O'Key Group approve change of legal entity's name to DA Group

MOSCOW. May 28 (Interfax) - The shareholders of O'Key (O'Key Group), the owner of the DA! discount stores, have approved changing the legal entity's name to IPJSC DA Group, the company said.

The shareholders considered the proposal at a meeting on May 27.

Shareholders had previously approved the group's redomiciliation from Luxembourg to Russia, following which the company is expected to be registered in the special administrative region on Oktyabrsky Island in the Kaliningrad Region.

The company is changing its name after closing the sale of its O'Key hypermarket business at the end of 2025.

The group currently owns the DA! discount store business. As of December 31, 2025, the chain comprised 232 discount stores.
