U.S. have no ongoing, scheduled negotiations with Ukraine now - Rubio

WASHINGTON. May 26 (Interfax) - Washington is currently not conducting negotiations with Ukraine, nor is it planning such talks anytime soon, U.S. Secretary of State Marco Rubio said.

"I said right now there is no active, like, scheduled negotiations ongoing with Ukraine," U.S. media quoted Rubio as telling journalists in India.

The Department of State said earlier that Rubio had a phone call with Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov, during which the two, in particular, exchanged views on the Ukraine conflict.
