Russia cleared to export beef to Indonesia - regulator
MOSCOW. May 20 (Interfax) - Russia has been cleared to supply beef and beef products to Indonesia.
The Russian Federal Service for Veterinary and Phytosanitary Surveillance (Rosselkhoznadzor) said in a press release that a protocol on veterinary and sanitary requirements for these products had been signed, and veterinary certificate forms for their shipment had been approved.
"This new export destination creates additional opportunities for Russian beef producers interested in expanding their export geographically and strengthening their position in international markets," the regulator said.
