Belavia plans to resume flights to United Arab Emirates starting on May 22

MINSK. May 7 (Interfax) - Belarusian airline Belavia is preparing to resume flights to the United Arab Emirates on May 22, the company's press service said on Wednesday.

"Belavia plans to resume regular air service between Minsk and Dubai on May 22, 2026, provided that safe flight conditions are met," the press service said.

Flights are initially planned to operate twice per week on Boeing 737 aircraft.

The company previously announced plans to resume regular air service between Minsk and Tel Aviv on April 19.

Belavia has operated 11 repatriation flights from Dubai, Doha, and Salalah since the end of February, returning 2,360 passengers to Belarus owing to the conflict in the Middle East and the closure of airspace in several countries.
