Ukrtransnafta informs Budapest about readiness to resume oil transit to Hungary, Slovakia by Druzhba pipeline
MOSCOW. April 22 (Interfax) - The Ukrainian state-run company Ukrtransnafta, operator of the Ukrainian section of the Druzhba oil pipeline, has formally notified the Hungarian company MOL about the completion of Druzhba repairs, the Ukrainian media said on Wednesday, citing the MOL website.
"Ukrtransnafta [...] is ready to resume crude oil transit to Hungary and Slovakia," MOL, operator of oil refineries in Hungary and Slovakia, said on its website.
Hungary and Slovakia conditioned approval of an EU 90-billion-loan loan for Ukraine and discussion of the 20th package of EU sanctions against Russia on the resumption of Russian oil transit.
