Former MegaFon CEO Soldatenkov creates Neuropro+ IT company

MOSCOW. April 20 (Interfax) - Sergei Soldatenkov, former CEO at PJSC MegaFon , founded NeuroproPlus LLC (Neuropro+ LLC).

Unified State Registry of Legal Entities (USRLE) data indicate that the legal entity was registered on April 17 with charter capital of 5 million rubles. Soldatenkov is the company's sole owner and director.

The LLC's activities include software development; publishing other software products; creating and using databases and information resources; consulting and computer technology activities; activities related to the use of computing equipment and information technology; data processing activities; and provision of information hosting services.

Soldatenkov is widely known in the Russian telecom market. He was at the forefront of MegaFon's development, where he worked for approximately 20 years. Soldatenkov was MegaFon's CEO from April 2003 to April 2012, returning to the company in 2016 and once again taking the helm. Soldatenkov decided to leave MegaFon in the autumn of 2018 before the expiration of his contract.
