Presidents of Russia, Belarus discuss alliance relations, trade-economic cooperation, int'l issues
MOSCOW. April 13 (Interfax) - Russian President Vladimir Putin and Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko exchanged warm Easter greetings and expressed good wishes to the brotherly peoples of the two countries in their phone talk, the Kremlin press service said on Sunday.
"Relevant issues concerning bilateral cooperation, including in the trade-economic sphere, were discussed. Mutual commitment to further strengthen Russian-Belarusian allied relations and close interaction on various levels was reaffirmed," the press service said.
The presidents also exchanged opinions on a number of international issues, the press service said.
