Russian Sibantratsit chief technology officer becomes head of group's Novosibirsk open pit mines
NOVOSIBIRSK. March 25 (Interfax) - Mikhail Rudakov, chief technology officer of the Russian Sibantratsit group, has been appointed CEO of JSC Razrez Kolyvansky and Razrez Vostochny LLC, the group's open pit mines in the Novosibirsk region, according to data added to the Unified State Register of Legal Entities (USRLE) on March 24.
"The reshuffling within the company is aimed at raising efficiency, manageability, and combining the production base of the companies," the group's press service told Interfax.
Rudakov has been working in the coal industry since 2008, serving as head of the Malinovsky and Kuznetsky Yuzhny mines since September 2023 and the Verkhneteshky mine since May 2024. In September 2025, he was appointed CTO of Sibantratsit, with Maxim Goncharov taking his place as CEO of the other mines.
No information was disclosed on where Evgeny Klebunov, former CEO of Razrez Vostochny, and Alexander Danilchenko, former CEO of Razrez Kolyvanksy, are now working.
Sibantratsit produces and exports UHG anthracite and other metallurgical coal. The group's production assets are situated in the Novosibirsk and Kemerovo regions.
According to the Sibantratsit website, the group has two open pit mines in the Novosibirsk region - Vostochny and Kolyvansky, operating at the Kolyvanskoye deposit of the Gorlovka coal basin. Some 7.95 million tonnes of anthracite was produced at Vostochny in 2022. The company did not disclose its results from 2023-2025.
