Philippines enters top 3 buyers of Russian pork - Agroexport
MOSCOW. March 18 (Interfax) - The Philippines rose to third place in the list of the biggest importers of Russian pork in January-February 2026, the Agroexport federal center told Interfax.
According to experts' preliminary estimates, Russia exported more than 2,700 tonnes of pork to the Philippines worth over $7 million in 2M. This is the third highest figure among the biggest importers of Russian pork after Vietnam (more than 7,000 tonnes) and China (around 6,000 tonnes).
The top five buyers also included Hong Kong and Mongolia (over 1,000 tonnes each).
In total, Russia exported more than 19,000 tonnes of pork in 2M (excluding supplies to the Eurasian Economic Union), Agroexport said.
