Duncan Nightingale elected to chair Naftofaz of Ukraine Supervisory Board
MOSCOW. March 18 (Interfax) - The Supervisory Board of Naftogaz of Ukraine held its first meeting in the new composition on March 12, electing Duncan Nightingale, a Canadian expert with more than 30 years of experience in the oil and gas sector, as its chairperson, Ukrainian media reported, citing a Naftogaz statement.
The Ukrainian government's State Secretary Konstantin Maryevich was elected the Supervisory Board's deputy chairperson.
At the meeting, the Naftogaz Supervisory Board also formed three committees. One of them is the Nominations, Remuneration and Evaluation Committee, which will be chaired by Robert Sleszynski and includes Nightingale and Maryevich.
The Audit and Finance Committee will be chaired by Erik Rasmussen and also includes Tor Martin Anfinnsen and Anna Artemenko as its members.
The Strategy and Sustainability Committee will be chaired by Anfinnsen. Its other members are Rasmussen and Artemenko.
In addition, the Supervisory Board approved a schedule of regular meetings for 2026 and discussed a number of operational issues.
