Russia resumes barley exports to Tunisia in 2026
MOSCOW. March 16 (Interfax) - Russia has resumed exporting barley to Tunisia this year.
Around 55,000 tonnes of this grain worth nearly $13 million were shipped to Tunisia in 2M, the Agroexport federal center said.
Barley was not exported to Tunisia in 2025.
Previous shipments date back to 2024. That year, a total of 365,000 tonnes worth more than $64 million were exported.
In total (excluding EAEU data), Russia sent more than 470,000 tonnes of barley abroad in January-February 2026.
