Russian govt tasks Rosatom, Russian Foreign Ministry with holding talks with Vietnam on construction of NPP on territory of that country

MOSCOW. March 16 (Interfax) - The Russian government has approved a draft agreement on cooperation with Vietnam on the construction of a nuclear power plant on the territory of the country, the corresponding order was published on the government website on Saturday.

"The state corporation Rosatom shall be tasked with working with the Russian Foreign Ministry on holding talks with the Vietnamese side and signing this agreement on behalf of the Russian government after reaching an agreement, allowing making changes that play no major role to its draft version," the document said.
