Meeting of U.S., Russian, Ukrainian delegations rescheduled for next week - Witkoff

WASHINGTON. March 10 (Interfax) - The three-way meeting of the United States, Russia and Ukraine planned for this week will now have to be held next week, the U.S. president's special envoy Steve Witkoff said.

"There was supposed to be a trilateral [meeting] this week. [...] I think the trilateral will be shifted till sometime next week," Witkoff said in an interview with CNBC.

Washington remains positive about prospects of settling the Ukrainian crisis, he said.

In terms of settlement, the situation is at or near the "inflection point," Witkoff said. However, he did not answer directly when asked whether the problem would be solved this year.
