Russia can help Central African Republic through mutually beneficial projects - minister
MOSCOW. March 5 (Interfax) - Russia is ready to help with the Central African Republic's development, not at its own cost but with joint, mutually beneficial projects, Russian Economic Development Minister Maxim Reshetnikov told reporters.
"Our country has experience of aiding development. We are currently rethinking a great deal of our experience, making proposals, but not at the expense of our budgets, to deliver projects that generate added value, taxes, and essentially pay for the services of Russian companies," he said.
"This development should not be at the Russian Federation's expense, but through projects that benefit both African countries and the Russian Federation," he said.
