UK excludes Druzhba oil pipeline from sanctions until Oct 2027

MOSCOW. Feb 25 (Interfax) - The United Kingdom, which on Tuesday imposed sanctions against Russian oil pipeline monopoly Transneft , has excluded the Druzhba oil pipeline from its sanctions list until October 14, 2027, a license issued by the country's Office of Financial Sanctions Implementation stated.

The Druzhba pipeline from Russia to Europe currently supplies Russian oil to Hungary and Slovakia, and its northern branch carries Kazakh oil to Germany.
