Russian, Belarusian PMs discuss cooperation in phone call

MOSCOW. Feb 12 (Interfax) - Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin and Belarusian Prime Minister Alexander Turchin have discussed bilateral cooperation and progress in the implementation of joint economic projects.

"Russian Prime Minister Mishustin had a telephone conversation with Belarusian Prime Minister Turchin. The heads of government discussed a number of matters concerning Russian-Belarusian cooperation and progress in the implementation of joint economic projects of mutual interest," the Russian government's press service said.

Particular attention was paid to strengthening the integration within the Union State of Belarus and Russia in developing the decisions made at a Union State Council of Ministers meeting in Moscow on February 2, 2026.
