Russia boosts exports of finished chicken products to Saudi Arabia 1.6-fold in 2025 - Agroexport center

MOSCOW. Jan 28 (Interfax) - Russia boosted exports of prepared and canned chicken products to Saudi Arabia 1.6-fold year-on-year to $19 million and nearly 1.5-fold year-on-year to 6,300 tonnes in 2025, with both figures setting all-time highs, the Agriculture Ministry's Agroexport center said.

Russia began shipping these products to Saudi Arabia in 2022.

"Saudi Arabia is the largest market in the GCC [Gulf Arab States], characterized by high demand for frozen meat products such as burger patties, strips, kebabs, and others," Agroexport said.
