The model for further operation envisages preserving the two legal entities, each of which will continue to specialize in accordance with its core competence. The head offices of JSC Rosspirtprom and JSC Tatspirtprom will be located in Kazan.
Tatspirtprom combines two alcohol and two liquor and vodka plants, as well as the Vigrosso winery in Kazan.
