SIBUR, Sinopec JV redomiciles to special administrative region on Russky Island
MOSCOW. Jan 13 (Interfax) - The joint venture between SIBUR and China's Sinopec, which owns JSC Krasnoyarsk Synthetic Rubber Plant (KZSK), has redomiciled from Cyprus to the special administrative region on Russky Island, Vladivostok Urban District, the Unified State Registry of Legal Entities (USRLE) said.
The USRLE said that Sibur-Sinopec Rubber Holding Company International LLC redomiciled in late December on Russky Island as International Limited Liability Company (ILLC) Sibur-Sinopec Rubber Holding Company.
SIBUR-Sinopec Rubber Holding Company Ltd. owns 100% of JSC KZSK. Sinopec acquired 25% plus 1 share of the company for $13.3 million in 2014.
Krasnoyarsk Synthetic Rubber Plant was established in 1993 at the enterprise of the same name, and it specializes in the production of various grades of nitrile butadiene rubber, including nitrile butadiene rubber powder.
