MOSCOW. Dec 24 (Interfax) - Abrau-Durso Group , a leading sparkling wine producer in Russia, has launched a non-alcoholic still wine, Marketing Director Vasily Dmitriev said at a briefing on Wednesday.
The number one product among the new releases is Abrau Estates. "It's a non-alcoholic wine, a still wine," Dmitriev said, noting that this year has been one of dynamic development for the brand portfolio
Dmitriev said that the non-alcoholic wine category is growing very rapidly. "Until now, foreign players have essentially ruled [the Russian market]. There was no one else but foreign brands. Today we are discussing the launch of our Abrau Estates," Dmitriev said.
The company told Interfax that it plans to sell approximately 100,000 bottles of this wine in 2026.
Dmitriev also announced another new product, the Titov-Blanc signature sparkling wine, combining the names of the company's beneficiary, Boris Titov, and Abrau-Durso's chief winemaker, Georges Blanc.
"This is a completely new sparkling wine. For the first time, two names are featured on a single label. This is a high-quality wine, it will be available exclusively in HoReCa and wine boutiques, for true connoisseurs," he said.
Dmitriev told Interfax that 65 bottles have been released so far. "We have skimmed the first release, a total of 65 bottles. We will continue to skim and sell based on demand. We are talking about 3,000-5,000 bottles per year," he said.
