Kazakhstan supplies 225,000 tonnes of oil to Germany in Nov, as in Oct

ASTANA. Dec 3 (Interfax) - Transportation of Kazakh oil to Germany via the Druzhba pipeline system amounted to 225,000 tonnes in November 2025, which is at the level of October, KazTransOil, which operates Kazakhstan's trunk oil pipelines, told Interfax.

"In November 2025, JSC KazTransOil transferred 225,000 tonnes of Kazakh oil into the system of main oil pipelines of PJSC Transneft via the direction of the Adamowo-Zastawa oil delivery point for further supply to Germany," KazTransOil said.

Total shipments for January-November 2025 were 1.682 million tonnes, according to Interfax estimates based on data available since the start of the year. The company did not provide data for planned December exports.

National oil company KazMunayGas (KMG) initially planned to supply Germany with 1.5 million tonnes of oil via Druzhba in 2025, matching last year's exports. Planned 2025 shipments were later revised to 2 million tonnes. KMG chief Askhat Khasenov said in October that 1.7 million tonnes would be shipped to Germany for the year.

Former Energy Minister Almassadam Satkaliyev had said exports could be raised to 2 million tonnes if requested by Germany.

Kazakhstan has been supplying oil to Germany through the Transneft pipeline system to Adamowo-Zastawa since 2023.
