Russia open to continuing Ukrainian settlement talks - Peskov
MOSCOW. Nov 19 (Interfax) - The Kremlin said it is willing to continue the Istanbul process for a Ukrainian settlement.
"Moscow is open to continuation, Moscow is open to negotiations. The pause that has arisen is, in fact, due to the Kiev regime's reluctance to continue this dialogue," Russian presidential press secretary Dmitry Peskov said.
At the request of journalists on Wednesday, he was commenting on a statement by Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan, who said he hoped for the continuation of the Istanbul process.
