Natura Siberica appoints new CEO
MOSCOW. Nov 5 (Interfax) - Alexander Stukalin is the new CEO of Natura Siberica Group, part of AFK Sistema , as of November 1, the company said in a statement.
Stukalin replaced Anna Molchanova, who had been head of the group since December 2024. The company said in the statement that Molchanova would continue working in other companies owned by AFK Sistema.
Stukalin was already part of Natura Siberica, having led the company's research and development (R&D) department as technology director from 2005 to 2021. He worked in management positions at L'Etoile and Cotton Club from 2021 to 2025 before his return to Natura Siberica.
"In his work as CEO of Natura Siberica Group, Alexander Stukalin will focus on developing the company's research and production base, making business processes more efficient, optimizing internal functions and reinforcing technological independence. Particular attention will be paid to developing the area of R&D and implementing innovative solutions," the statement reads.
Natura Siberica is a Russian producer of certified organic cosmetics and a subsidiary of AFK Sistema. Natura Siberica Group develops brands known as Natura Siberica, ICE Professional, Organic Shop, Organic People, Organic Kitchen, Planeta Organica and Recipes of Grandma Agafia. Its cosmetics are sold in 90 countries. The Natura Siberica retail chain consists of 66 stores, and the group has four factories and four farms for producing cosmetics.
