Martial law, general mobilization extended in Ukraine

MOSCOW. Oct 31 (Interfax) - Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky has signed into law the bills extending martial law and general mobilization in Ukraine for 90 days, from November 5, 2025, to February 3, 2026.

Respective notes have been made in bill files on the parliament website, Ukrainian media said.

Martial law and general mobilization were declared in Ukraine on February 24, 2022. They have been repeatedly extended by now, each time for three months.

Earlier in October, the Ukrainian parliament passed the relevant bills submitted for its consideration by Zelensky.
