MOSCOW. Oct 23 (Interfax) - External financing of Ukraine will amount to $15 billion by the end of this year, and another $47 billion is expected in 2026. National Bank of Ukraine head Andrei Pyshny said, as reported by Ukrainian media.

"We are expecting Ukraine to receive about $15 billion in financial assistance by the end of this year. We are hoping that such support will reach $47 billion next year," the media quoted Pyshny as saying at a press briefing on Thursday.

As reported, Ukrainian Finance Minister Sergei Marchenko said at a ministerial roundtable in support of Ukraine, held in Washington on October 15, that Ukrainian state finances remained under pressure from the ongoing crisis, and unmet demand for external financing in 2026-2027 neared $60 billion.
