Lavrov, Rubio discuss by phone possible concrete steps to implement understandings reached by Putin, Trump - Russian Foreign Ministry

MOSCOW. Oct 20 (Interfax) - Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov spoke with U.S. Secretary of State Marco Rubio by phone on Monday, the Russian Foreign Ministry said.

"A constructive discussion took place on possible concrete steps to implement the understandings that were reached during the October 16 phone calls between Russian President Vladimir Putin and U.S. President Donald Trump," the ministry said in a statement published on its website.
