VTB sells Hyatt Regency hotel in Petrovsky Park
MOSCOW. Oct 16 (Interfax) - VTB Group has sold the Hyatt Regency Moscow Petrovsky Park hotel, located near the VTB Arena stadium where the football club Dynamo plays its home matches.
"As part of the announced strategy to sell non-core assets, VTB has sold the Hyatt Regency Moscow Petrovsky Park hotel complex," VTB's press service told Interfax.
The terms of the deal have not been disclosed.
The group planned this year to exit a number of non-core assets and sell office buildings from acquired banks, as well as hotels. In particular, in April, VTB sold part of the space in the Legion I business center on Bolshaya Ordynka, which previously belonged to Otkritie Bank. In August, the group sold at auction 100% of the shares in Pansionat Kamelia LLC, which owns and operates the five-star Swissotel Resort Sochi Kamelia hotel; the deal amount was 10 billion rubles.
