Aeroflot Group passenger traffic falls 5.7% in Sept

MOSCOW. Oct 13 (Interfax) - Aeroflot Group carried 5 million passengers in September, down 5.7% year-on-year, the Russian flag carrier said.

The drop was caused by "external factors affecting the operating activity of airlines," it said.

The group flew 3.9 million passengers on domestic routes, down 8% year-on-year, and 1.2 million on international routes, up 3%.
