Maximum permissible price deviation for fuel damper to be raised 10 pp from Sept

MOSCOW. Sept 25 (Interfax) - The maximum permissible price deviation for the fuel damper to be applied will be raised by 10 percentage points (pp) from September, Deputy Prime Minister Alexander Novak told journalists.

"They [the decisions on adjusting the fuel damper] will also be made. Changes will be made to legislation; the Finance Ministry will prepare the changes in the near future," Novak said. He said that the limit would be raised by 10 pp from September.

Novak did not say whether the maximum price deviation in the fuel damper would be raised by 5 pp retroactively from August, as discussed earlier.
