Sberbank exits capital of EApteka, businessman Repik's structures consolidate 100% of retailer

MOSCOW. Sept 22 (Interfax) - Sberbank has exited the capital of the online retailer EApteka by selling its 45% stake to structures of businessman Alexei Repik, the Vedomosti newspaper reported, citing sources.

The deal, which resulted in Repik's structures consolidating 100% of the retailer, was closed four months ago, Vedomosti said. According to the newspaper's source, Sberbank exited the asset with a profit.

Sberbank and the R-Pharm group of companies (founded by Repik) acquired 45% each in EApteka in February 2021. Another 10% of EApteka remained with its founder, Anton Buzdalin. Sberbank invested 5.7 billion rubles.

EApteka, founded in 2011, is one of the largest pharmacy services for remote ordering in Russia. At the end of 2024, the company's revenue grew 12% to 32.9 billion rubles, while its net loss decreased 8% to 4.1 billion rubles.
