Roman Trotsenko's agricultural company changes CEO

MOSCOW. Aug 11 (Interfax) - Roman Mayer became the head of AEON Agro, a company whose beneficiary is businessman Roman Trotsenko, on August 7, with the corresponding change made to the Unified State Register of Legal Entities.

He replaced Kirill Ershov in this position, who had served as CEO since mid-2021.

Mayer previously headed JSC Vaganovo, which is part of the SDS holding.

AEON Agro was established in June 2021. Through A-Niva LLC, it is 80% owned by Roman Trotsenko and 20% by his partner Mikhail Smirnov.

The company's land bank totals 240,000 hectares, with 180,000 hectares under cultivation. Its core asset is the Rostagro agricultural holding, which was acquired at auction from the Trust non-core assets bank in December 2022. The assets are primarily located in the Penza region, with some areas in the Saratov region.
