Russian AgMin holds grain export capacity forecast at 54-55 mln tonnes in 2025/26 marketing year
MOSCOW. July 30 (Interfax) - The Russian Agriculture Ministry has kept its grain export capacity forecast for the 2025/26 agricultural year at 54-55 million tonnes, Agriculture Minister Oksana Lut told journalists during a working visit to the Tambov region.
"Despite the [current] weather conditions and those expected in the future, the Agriculture Ministry is continuing to forecast grain harvests at 135 million tonnes, including 90 million tonnes of wheat. This will allow us to keep export capacity at 54-55 million tonnes," she said.
